Although this review is overdue, I feel compelled to share my experience. Dr. Mohr has been instrumental in my long-term health journey, and I have such high confidence in his expertise that I have recommended him to my friends and family, all of whom have since become his patients. Following a diabetes diagnosis approximately nine years ago, I initially relied on standard insulin therapy. However, upon the recommendation of a close friend who is also under Dr. Mohr’s care, I explored his guidance on fasting. Implementing this approach has been transformative, as I no longer require insulin. If you are diabetic I implore you to see Dr. Mohr and see if this can help you as well.
